At Another Option Realty you are in control!! You have access to view a wide range of reports and the financial activity of your rental properties. On the "Owner Portal" you will find several useful items
- Reports -A/R aging, income and expense by month, tenant contact list, etc. We can even design custom reports.
- You will see when a maintenance request is entered and when the repair was completed - along with detail of the charges.
- You will have access to many pdf documents, such as current leases, your property management agreement - we can connect any documents for you to view.
- You can set up your bank account so we can transfer your funds directly to you.
- You will get an e-mail notification when a new item is entered. - So you won't miss any new changes.
- You can communicate with us through the portal.
