You will always have real time reports at your finger tips – just log into the portal and click “Reports”. You will find:

(1) % of rent collected – current month – this report will show you what has been collected on a month to date basis

(2) Income and Expense Statement – This report will show you income and expense by month for the current year.

(3) Schedule E Report – This is a convenient report to supply your accountant with at year end.  This may save you additional cost your accountant may charge to prepare your taxes.
