Dominic Palladino – Real Estate Agent & Property Manager
Dom comes to Another Option after previous employment within the accounting and finance department of a large goverment agency in Philadelphia. He acquired his NJ Real Estate License in 2008 while working in Philadelphia and was employed part time at a real estate agency from 2008 – 2011. Dom joined Another Option Realty and Property Management full time in 2012 and has been actively servicing clients in Burlington and Camden counties. With Dom’s financial background, he understands investment real estate and how to find great investment opportunities for his clients. Dom graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 2007 with a Bachelor Degrees in Finance and Marketing. Dom has a passion for sports, he played 4 years of college football and was the captain of the team as a senior.
Fred Attanasio – Real Estate Agent & Property Manager
Fred has been in Property Management and Real Estate Sales for 15 years managing construction of new homes and sales along with property management of single family and muli-family homes and apartments. Fred has worked in various sales positions over the past 30 years and worked with over 2000 clients. Full property management is his specialty and includes advertising for tenants, screening tenants, Collecting rent and security, and scheduling move in of the tenants. Fred also specializes in Real Estate Sales. I take pride in my honesty as a real estate agent while servicing my client buyers/sellers or owner/tenants. I always service my clients as if the property were my own.
Jane Hoffman - Real Estate Agent & Property Manager
When the market started turning upside down, I decided to broaden my career by joining the team at Another Option Realty from 2011-present. We have grown in leaps and bounds in the year that I’ve been there. I have a great staff to work with that brings great excitement for my future in Real Estate. My work is not just a JOB, it’s truly a wonderful, fulfilling experience with each and every client I work with whether it’s a Buyer, Seller, Investor, or Owner for Property Management & Sales.
I believe in giving clients a personal and professional experience in all my
Real Estate transactions. I go that extra mile for each and every client and my work ethic is second to none. No deal or sale is greater than another, whether it be a $600k home sale or a $1200 rental. Every client is treated like their transaction and situation is my priority. I also believe I show this in my personal life as well.
The many organizations I have been apart of are the Mullica Hill Exchange Club who focus on helping our soldiers by doing a “Socks for Soldiers” collection, bringing awareness to child abuse, as well as, helping the area HS Seniors with Scholarships, and Keeping our families in need fed at Thanksgiving time. I also belong to GCIT Parent Organization, the Atlantic Coast Gymnastics Booster Club, Girl Scout for 12 years, work with the Mullica Hill Women’s Club, Harrison Twp Activities committee, and various other fundraisers….too many to list. My time out of the office also includes time spent with my family, coaching, doing sports or community events.
Andrew Rohach - Real Estate Agent & Property Manager
Andrew is one of our newest Agent/Property Managers, Andrew graduated May 2011 from Stockton College of New Jersey with a BS in Business Finance. Andrew worked in the Banking industry for more than 6 years, this experience has attributed to his great attention to detail. Andrew set a record by getting his real estate license in just 20 days!! He is known for catching on quick and getting the job done right the first time. Andrew has a passion for Ice Hockey, he has been playing since he was 5 years old. Andrew is also an avid golfer. Dedication and attention to detail describe what you will get when you work with Andrew.
Mike Williams - Broker & Property Manager
Mike Williams is the Owner of Another Option Realty. Mike’s passion for real estate began while he was finishing his BS degree in accounting at Rowan College of NJ in 1994. Mike identified a the obvious need for students to rent housing near the campus and how simple it would be to own a few properties and rent them to college students like himself. The rest is history, Mike bought his first college rental in 1999 and grew a real estate portfolio to more than 45 properties. Mike has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006 and a licensed real estate broker since 2009.
Opening Another Option Realty in 2009, Mike’s goal was to provide his clients with an easy path to invest in real estate. Mike’s has helped many clients analyze what makes a good investment in real estate, he thoroughly understands contracts for lease, contracts for sale and property management. Mike’s goals are to continue to train the Another Option Team and continue to assist home buyers and real estate investors how to buy their first property or 50th property.
Donna Wilson – Real Estate Agent & Property Manager
Donna has been with Another Option Realty since 2009. Donna brings an unparallel level of integrity and expertise in real estate. Currently Donna manages approximately 100 properties. Her experience is not only passed on to her clients but also to her coworkers. Before joining AOR, Donna managed properties for Wentworth Property Management and sold real estate through Main Street Realty and Prudential Fox Roach. Donna has a passion for Horses , owning 3!
Lisa Rudman – Assistant Property Manager
Lisa joined the Another Option Team in September 2011. Lisa graduated Ramapo State College with Business Degree in Marketing and obtained her Real Estate License in 2009. Before joining Another Option, Lisa work as an assistant to several real estate agents at Prudential Fox & Roach and Keller Williams. Lisa’s specialty is client relations, she will not stop until the question is answered and all parties are satisfied!!
Justin Dupont – Service Manager
Justin joined the Another Option Team in August 2011. He has a great attention to detail. His prior career he worked as a draftsman and has many years in the painting industry. He is the person you want when it comes to maintaining your property he will ensure only necessary work is complete and will ensure it is done with quality.
Jenifer Castagna - Real Estate Agent & Property Manager
Before joining Another Option Realty Jenifer ran a business of her own. Jenifer understands trials and tribulations of running a business. She understands how many property owners feel when it comes to earning a profit. Her past experiences make her a great member of our team. Jenifer is our expert in “tenant rent collections” as well as the legal aspects of Eviction. Jenifer is also our accounting software expert she can dissect a owner statement with ease! She is the hub that all the spokes of Another Option connect.
